For years, rooftop solar was designed around exporting electricity to the utility in exchange for favorable credits that benefitted the homeowner who invested in solar-only. No utility permission is required. Unlike conventional grid-tied solar, a Mycrogrid® is designed not to export power to the utility grid. That means there is no utility interconnection application and no waiting for utility approval or permission to operate. We obtain only the required local municipal or county permits, complete the inspections, and commission your Mycrogrid®.

Mycroguard™ is the intelligence behind every Mycrogrid®. It continuously monitors your system, provides remote diagnostics, helps coordinate service when needed, and gives you complete visibility into your home's energy — all through one integrated platform which you can view on the Mycrogrid® app.

Every homeowner's financial situation is different. Some choose cash, others use financing, and qualified homeowners often use a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) to invest in a Mycrogrid®. During your consultation, we'll help you compare the available options and design a solution that fits both your home and your financial goals.

If you've been with us since before the Mycrogrid® name, your next chapter begins with a new level of protection. When you upgrade to a battery-integrated Mycrogrid®, your new installation includes a new one-year fit-and-finish warranty, and every qualifying upgrade includes 15 years of Mycroguard™ monitoring at no additional cost. The name and technology have evolved, and your home's protection has been reset for the next generation of residential energy.

Not necessarily. While an installer's workmanship warranty (fit and finish) may no longer be available if the company has ceased operations, many manufacturer warranties remain in effect covering the equipment that exists in and on your home. During your consultation, we'll evaluate your existing equipment, determine what warranty coverage is still available, and recommend the best path forward. In many cases, we can integrate your existing system into a new Mycrogrid® and provide ongoing monitoring through Mycroguard™.
