Delete your account

Request deletion of your Mycrogrid® app account. You can do this from inside the app under account settings, or here, without signing in.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize your name, your email address, your installation address, your account access, and other information used to identify you personally. We also delete registered push tokens, notification preferences, and associated notification-delivery records. You will no longer be able to sign in, and your account cannot be recovered.

What is kept, and why

We retain the equipment serial numbers and the energy, equipment, warranty, service, and system history associated with them so Mycrogrid can maintain accurate warranty, service, legal, and operational records for the equipment. These records are no longer linked to your name or contact information after deletion. Documents such as signed agreements and permit records may also be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes.

How long it takes

We will confirm your request by email and tell you the timeframe in which it will be completed. We use the serial number of your monitoring gateway to locate your records, then verify the request with you at the email address on the account before we process it.

Information used to process your request

We use the name, account email, installation address, gateway serial number, optional notes, and verification information you provide only to locate the correct account, verify the request, process the deletion, document its completion, and meet legal or security requirements.

Request deletion

If the form does not work

Email [email protected] with your name, the email address on your account, your installation address, and your monitoring gateway serial number. We will treat that as a deletion request and confirm it the same way.
